Doug is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®), Certified Forensic Accountant® (CRFAC®), and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®) who has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with over 40 years of financial experience.

As a CDFA®, he is trained to provide financial information and assistance to individuals experiencing a divorce, along with their legal representatives, by evaluating the economic and tax implications of dividing property, exploring settlement options, and addressing child and spousal support. Doug was key in bringing the Second Saturday Divorce Workshop to the Central Kentucky area and is currently the chapter leader.

William "Breck" in Ridge Norment III is a second-generation attorney practicing primarily in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky. He also regularly represents clients in family, circuit, and district courts across the Commonwealth. He is in his ninth year of practice and passionate about helping his clients through life's most difficult challenges.

After practicing in another Lexington Firm out of law school and earning the position of general counsel for a commercial construction company, Breck founded his firm in 2015, where he has practiced for the last 7+ years. His firm prides itself on being a "one-stop shop" for most of the legal issues out there. It operates as a "people's practice" of law, handling almost all family law cases, construction disputes and litigation, plaintiffs' injury claims, criminal defense, estate planning and probate matters, business startups, and other general civil litigation.

Many of Breck's clients seek assistance with divorces and other family law problems, and through thick and thin, he has helped hundreds of clients through some of life's most stressful circumstances. When first meeting with a family law client, Breck encourages realistic expectations and reasonable plans for resolving the case by agreement, as long as his clients' interests are protected. This involves gathering the information necessary for representation, advising clients about their legal rights and responsibilities, identifying the issues that need to be resolved, and discussing potential resolutions. He may suggest drafting a settlement proposal to see whether any agreements are possible at the outset or attempting mediation with a neutral third party. He has found that in most cases, parties who reach their resolutions with less attorney and court involvement typically discover that they are happier post-divorce and save more of their money and resources.

Breck earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2013, graduating in the top third of his class. He also served as a staff member of the Kentucky Journal of Equine. He was published in the fall of 2012 in Agriculture and Natural Resources Law. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Eastern Kentucky University in 2009, where he played Division I college baseball as a catcher/designated hitter and earned a Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting and Electronic Media. Breck is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky, and the United States District Court, Western District of Kentucky.

Gabrielle brings a fresh perspective and genuine dedication to her legal practice.  A proud University of Kentucky double Wildcat, she earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky’s College of Law in 2022 and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2019.

During law school, Gabrielle served as an editor and contributed to the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture & Natural Resources Law. She also participated in the Trial Advocacy Board and the Black Law Student Association, experiences that strengthened her research, writing, and courtroom skills while reflecting her commitment to service and professional excellence.

With a foundation in psychology, Gabrielle brings a thoughtful perspective to client relationships and the human side of legal challenges. She is known for listening closely, communicating clearly, and approaching each matter with steady professionalism and care.

Before joining The Law Offices of W. Breckinridge Norment III, P.S.C., Gabrielle held a staff attorney position in the Fayette Circuit Court with Honorable Judge Brislin. In that role, she gained valuable insight into family law proceedings and the careful decision-making process that guides the court. Today, she combines that practical experience with compassionate advocacy to help clients pursue solutions and move forward with confidence.

Gabrielle is the granddaughter of Napoleon Arthur Bell, a successful attorney in Columbus, Ohio. Napoleon began his esteemed private practice in 1958 and served his community for over 30 years. Ohio Governor Richard Celeste appointed Napoleon as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General from 1988 to 1989. Gabrielle hopes to follow in her grandfather's footsteps.

Karen Bishop Saltzman is the Principal Broker of National Real Estate and a top-producing REALTOR® serving Lexington, Kentucky, and the surrounding areas. She currently serves on the Bluegrass REALTORS® Government Affairs and Bylaws committees. From 2009 to 2014, Mrs. Saltzman served on the Architectural Review Board for the City of Ridgeland, Mississippi.

Mrs. Saltzman served as the executive director of the Republican Party of Arkansas from 2007 to 2009. From 2004 to 2007, she served as a Schedule C Appointee in the administration of President George W. Bush, first in the office of the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Labor and then as the confidential assistant to the Assistant Secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She began her career in Little Rock, Arkansas, as a Field Director for the Republican National Committee, supporting President George W. Bush's re-election campaign.

Mrs. Saltzman was raised in Jackson, Mississippi, and has a degree in Marketing from Mississippi College.
